Treatment Approach

I practice an interactive, evidence-based approach to therapy, utilizing a broad array of protocols including: EMDR, CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Exposure Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy for Depression, Skills Training in Affect and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR), and Circle of Security.

I also utilize the integration of Internal Family Systems informed therapy as a key tool to helping clients achieve their goals. The IFS model also promotes increasingly collaborative sessions, leading clients to become “Self” led. My therapeutic approach is to provide proven and effective interventions that help patients to restore optimal functioning in work, social, school, interpersonal and other important areas of their life.
